General Course
Jenny’s one-on-one Mental Skills Mentoring programme is designed to help students develop self-leadership, build resilience, and gain the confidence to manage their learning and personal growth. Through tailored coaching, students learn practical strategies to improve focus, set and achieve goals, and navigate challenges with a strong mindset. This course equips young people with essential mental skills for both academic and extracurricular success.

Sports Mentoring
In addition to one-on-one mental skills mentoring, Jenny now offers Sports Mentoring for teen girls striving for peak performance. This specialised mentoring helps students develop a strong mindset, manage pressure, and set clear goals—essential skills for success in competitive sports. Independent from coaching teams, Jenny provides a confidential space where athletes can build confidence, overcome self-doubt, and unlock their full potential.

"Make sure your mind isn’t in the way of reaching your potential – align the mind with your goals."
